As if the magnificent Fine Italian Dining at the legendary Tony Spavone’s was not enough to please the senses, patrons were recently treated to a gorgeously perfect evening of first rate entertainment featuring world renowned chart topping musicians, including Dennis Tufano, the original #1 selling voice of The Buckinghams, Tufano & Giammarese and JT Connection, Sonny Geraci, the original chart topping voice of The Outsiders and Climax, Jimmy Sohns the top selling voice of The Shadows of Knight, and last but not least, the magnificent recording artist and restaurateur, Tony Spavone himself, who opened the show with his gorgeous, resonating, platinum vocals that were reminiscent of the late, great Dean Martin!
Dennis Tufano commanded the stage, as the consummate performer and epitome of perfection, who never misses a note and keeps his audience captive with his powerful, flawless, enchanting vocals. The entertainer's passion for the music of the late, great Bobby Darin was clearly evident as he captured the heart of the audience with his stunning interpretations of Darin's greatest hits, and even a few songs that did not make the top of the charts, but definitely should have. Always a light hearted comedian, Dennis Tufano playfully teased and praised his beautiful, hard working and talented “Little Sister” Cheryl Tufano, who acted as his stage manager and personal assistant for the show, and kept the whole band supplied with plenty of towels, water and everything else they could possibly need.

Demonstrating his versatility as a recording artist, the audience was equally moved, this time to its feet, rather than emotion filled tears, as Sonny Geraci grabbed the stage by the reigns with a scintillating, energetic and electrifying rock-n-roll performance of Time Won't Let Me. At this point the audience was flying high on Cloud 9, reveling in a musical Utopia, when Dennis Tufano, pulled another magical, musical surprise out of thin air! The incomparable Jimmy Sohns, lead singer of the top selling group The Shadows of Knight was summoned to the stage for a command performance, direct from the sound boards, where he had been diligently, professionally and creatively serving as the sound engineer for the entire evening. Jimmy Sohns was a technical wizard on the sound boards and a genius on the stage! This multitalented star whipped the audience into a psychedelic frenzy as he broke into his greatest hit Gloria. The audience was completely psyched and spontaneously began singing along word for word, spelling out and shouting out “G-l-o-r-i-a, Gloria!”
Could any show anywhere possibly get any better than this one? Well, it did! Dennis Tufano called the legendary Tony Spavone back to the stage! You had to be there to experience this once in a lifetime musical moment as it is difficult to put the intensity of the experience into mere words.
